The mini session

Mini sessions are a great way to get some special and usually themed images of your dog. They are a great way to see if you would like a full session at a discounted price.

What are mini sessions?

Mini sessions are a more compressed version of our larger session. The session fee is cheaper but shorter meaning you have less images to choose from. They are not available all year round and are usually themed or relating to a particular season.

These sessions are for everyone. They are a great way to get some photos for your socials or for dogs that don’t like to sit still for too long!

Mini session types

    Studio

    Last year we hosted a Halloween themed studio mini sessions at the barn. They were really popular due to the large space available. In 2026 we are looking to offer Halloween and Christmas themed sessions.

    Outdoor

    Being located in the North Wessex Downs we are very lucky to be surrounded by some really great locations where we can offer Bluebell and wild flower sessions. We also plan to run heather minis in 2026.

    Limited Edition Series

    These are a themed session held in a slightly different way. In 2026 we will be offering a “light in the dark” mini series. They will be booked in the same way as our regular sessions but will only last for 30 minutes and we acquire 3-5 images.

    Black background

    Black background sessions for horses are available at your yard for two or more horses. All we need is a stable or barn to pop your horse in to create the effect.

“Firstly the location was perfect: a large barn which Rosie had decorated a corner themed for autumn and spooky season. Rosie was very Friendly and welcoming, a fellow dog lover she was quick to greet Yogi and had lots of treats and toys to get his attention.
